Following this meeting, I will provide two perspective options for your consideration, a high-level summary, and an indicative cost estimate based on non-destructive information. You are completely free to use these design options to seek quotes from others.

As a carpenter who is familiar with all stages of construction, I can help you to complete the job at hand.

Think of this like a handyman role (fixing doors, painting, tiling etc), but as a carpenter I am also able to help you with more complicated tasks like diagnosing and repairing different elements, and preparing for future works by other trades.

Please note that there are restrictions on the works that can be completed in a short visit, either due to the time taken (paint drying, etc.) or where a building permit would be required these can include: moving or demolishing load bearing walls, building roofed structures over 10m2, etc.
